  If you are looking for an awesome workout, want to have fun, learn the latest jhumkas and thumkas, then this is the place for you. I lost 7 kilos in 6 months and totally hoping to lose more! The teachers are great and each one brings their own style to the stage! I'd say try a class today, it might change your life forever!

  I had stopped working out and my stamina had gone down the drain, when I started looking out for some fun dance based workout sessions. Found Fusion Beatz few months back and now am completely hooked. It has become an integral part of my life!!!
  Each class is a combination of cardio, floor exercises, weight training, yoga, stretches and meditation. The best part is you get to have fun dancing out to some peppy tunes, which is a refreshing change from a boring gym workout routine. The trainers are very friendly, motivating and each of them bring out their own style. The energy in the class is so infectious that you cannot help but push your limits. Thanks to Xtrim Bollywood and its trainers, my stamina has considerably increased and, I feel energized and motivated to stay healthy.
  Highly recommend this class to anyone who wants to have a fitness routine that is loads of fun!!!
